HARBORD P&C INVITES FAMILIES WITH STUDENTS ENROLLED IN HARBORD SCHOOL IN 2024, TO JOIN US ON HOLIDAY!
After our inaugural Harbord Holiday was a roaring success, we have secured another date in 2024. Please note the event is very early in term 1 this year due to early Easter & other commitments.

Who: 2024 Harbord Public School students, their parents/carers & siblings
Once again, this whole-school invite comes with limited availability so it is up to you to jump in and join us before we sell out. What capacity you attend is up to your family - what ever works for you. Parents can organise to share with another family, book out a site or a beach side villa all for your family to enjoy, the choice is yours! Most of the site is currently held for Harbord school families to book but please do book early to avoid disappointment.
What's on?
In a nutshell, it's a bunch of families from school, all going to the same holiday park, at the same time for heaps of fun!
NEW for 2024!
SATURDAY NIGHT - HARBORD PRIVATE PARTY
$35 per family
We've stepped it up a notch this year and have our own party tent (aka a Marquee). All guests are encouraged to leave your familiar cliques and come together on Saturday afternoon/evening to meet & socialise with all the other Harbord families over some drinks, music and good times.
SATURDAY SHENANIGANS!
8am - Harbord Coffee Van at Marquee area (extra cost)
3:45pm - Amazing Race for K-6 kids - meet at Marquee
4:30pm Harbord P&C Party begins for parents & kids - at Marquee
Kids Dance competition with DJ Dan + great prizes!
Face painter (no charge)
5pm - Icecream & Slushie Van - kids get 1 free ticket
Food trucks - Tacos, chips on stix, burger van (extra cost)
Tynan Wine Tasting (sales by bottle available)
Murray’s Brewery Beer tasting (sales available)
Dark Side espresso martini sales & Coffee Liqueur tasting
Adults Cheese Platter competition + great prizes!
Disco sessions and Jukebox Karaoke!
9pm - Quiet time at the Park for all guests
BYO your favourite tipple and food or buy from the suppliers above. Bring a chair and an esky and settle in for some fun for adults and children!
Please note there is a one off ticket cost of $35 per family payable at the time of booking, to go towards the costs but we promise it will be worth it!

- Do not book online - it will state no availability as the site is held for us
- When booking tell them you're a Harbord School Family booking for weekend of 16 February 2024
- Book the accommodation that suits you and pay Ingenia directly
- Please pay your $35 party ticket fee to Ingenia at the time of booking
- Please agree to share you contact info with the P&C so we can tell you directly what's going on during the weekend!
- Remember first come first served re accommodation options including accommodation which allows pets
- Start counting down the days!

Whilst the school executive has given their blessing for the P&C to organise this event, the school has absolutely no involvement in the organisation of the event, details of activities or who attends the holiday.
No responsibility will be undertaken whatsoever by the school itself, in any capacity. The P&C is a volunteer parent-run Not for Profit organisation who has organised this event for the community, but all families who attend do so by their own choice and at their own risk. Each family will book directly with Ingenia holidays and your contract is with Ingenia and not with the school or P&C.
